We have heard the counsels for the parties.

Our attention is invited to the vending certificate dated 29th September 2025, issued by the respondent-NDMC.

Once the petitioners are permitted to carry out vending activities at the Palika Bazar under the Certificate of Vending issued on 29th September 2025, and as long as the petitioners conduct themselves in accordance with the terms of the vending certificate, we see no reason that there should be any impediment exercised by the respondents.

With above observations and clarifications, the petition stands disposed of.
