O R D E R

% 13.11.2025 Mr. P. K. Rawal, learned counsel appearing for respondent No. 3 submits, that the petitioner was terminated from service vide order dated 21.01.2011, which order was stayed vide order dated 12.03.2012 passed by this court; and, as a consequence, the petitioner continued in service of respondent No.2, whereafter she has superannuated on 30.11.2023. Mr. Rawal accordingly submits, that therefore, the prayer in the present writ petition has been rendered infructuous. Mr. Sarvesh Bisaria, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits, that though it is correct that the petitioner has now superannuated, her claim for her benefits and dues, pending by way of W.P.(C) No.5167/2012, still survives.

In the circumstances, the present writ petition is disposed-of as infructuous.

Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed-of. Mr. Bisaria submits that there was an order dated 19.09.2013 passed in W.P. (C) No. 5167/2012 for tagging that writ petition with the present writ petition.

In view thereof, the petitioner is granted liberty to move an appropriate application in W.P.(C) No.5167/2012 for that writ petition to be listed for hearing.
