This writ petition is filed on behalf of the Petitioner seeking the following reliefs:- "a) Pass an order I judgment whereby issue the writ of Mandamus and direct the respondents to remove the bar and allow the petitioner i.e. Devanshi Balhara to sit for the 2025 NEET PG Examination and allow the Petitioner to fill the form as and when it is out for the aspirants I candidates to fill and allow her to give the said examination and further sit for the various rounds of counselling and allot her a seat as per merit. b) Pass an order whereby the Petitioner is allowed to participate in the 2025 NEET PG Examination.

c) Pass an order issuing the writ of Mandamus, whereby notification dated 12.02.2025 be quashed and held illegal."

Learned counsel for Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) submits that in terms of order dated 30.10.2025 passed by this Court, decision has been taken by MCC and the same has been communicated to the Petitioner as well as Respondent No. 2/National Board of Examination in Medical Sciences (NBEMS). Learned counsel for Respondent No. 2 states that after receipt of decision from MCC, the result was declared on 03.11.2025 and the scorecard was made available on the portal on 04.11.2025. According to the Respondents, the grievance raised by the Petitioner stands redressed. Learned counsel for the Petitioner, on instructions, acknowledges this position.

Accordingly, no further order is required to be passed in this writ petition and the same is accordingly disposed of along with pending applications.
