The relief sought in the present petition is covered by the provisions of Section 14 (2) of Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985 read with the judgment of the Constitution Bench of the Supreme Court in L. Chandrakumar vs. Union of India & Ors reported in (1997) 3 SCC 261.

The petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file afresh before the Principal Bench, Central Administrative Tribunal, New Delhi on the same cause of action, in accordance with law.

The petition alongwith application stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty so sought granted.
