The plaintiff has instituted this suit for recovery of Rs.1,18,80,000/- and has paid court fees of Rs.1,18,500/-.

Out of the court fees of Rs.1,18,500/- deposited, a certificate enabling the plaintiff to refund of Rs.90,000/- be prepared and issued and be handed over to the counsel for the plaintiff.
