The present petition raises a grievance as regards the illegal/unauthorized construction in the terrace of property bearing No.A102, Paryavaran Complex, Block A, Lane 6, Village Saidulajab, Delhi110030. 2.

Learned counsel for MCD, who appears on advance notice submits that the property in question shall be inspected within a period of three days from today and if any unauthorized construction is found to be subsisting, necessary action in accordance with law shall be taken with regard thereto. In view of the aforesaid, learned counsel for the petitioner does not wish to press the present petition at this stage. The same is accordingly disposed of.

Needless to say, if there is any deficiency in action taken by the MCD, the petitioner shall be entitled to avail appropriate remedies under law.
