Parties have executed the Settlement Agreement dated 20th December, 2023, before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre, which is accompanied with Board Resolutions in favour of Authorised Representatives of Plaintiff and Defendant.

Counsel for the parties mentioned in the appearance above, confirm the terms of settlement and pray that the suit be decreed in terms thereof. The Court has perused the said terms and finds the same to be lawful. 6.

Accordingly, the present suit is decreed in favour of the Plaintiff and against the Defendant, in terms of paragraph No. 39(a) and (b) of the plaint read with the Settlement Agreement dated 20th December, 2023, which shall form part of the decree. Parties shall remain bound by the terms and conditions of the settlement.

In view of the fact that parties have arrived at a compromise, Registry is directed to issue a certificate for refund of full court fee, in favour of the Plaintiff.
