The present application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for th recall of the order dated 30 April, 2025, passed by this Court.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the th November, 2024, issued by the respondent Assessment Order dated 06 makes a reference to the rateable value, i.e., RV of Rs 37,15,200/-, which was proposed to be increased to Rs. 44,58,200/-, w.e.f. 1st April, 2014.

documents, it is not possible for the petitioner to challenge the Assessment Order dated 6th November, 2024, before the Appellate Authority. 4.

At this stage, learned counsel appearing for the respondent/New Delhi Municipal Council ("NDMC"), submits that the respondent is ready to supply all the documents, which the petitioner requires. 5.

Accordingly, in order to put a quietus to the controversy as regards the non-supply of documents by the NDMC to the petitioner, it is directed that the petitioner or its authorized representative, shall visit the office of Property Tax Department, Palika Kendra, New Delhi, on 03rd June, 2025, at 11:00 AM.

The petitioner or its authorized representative shall be provided the file for inspection with respect to PID No. P-13739, relating to the shop in the premises of petrol pump, Moti Bagh, New Delhi. 7.

Petitioner or its authorized representative, shall inspect the file and the documents as identified by the petitioner, or its authorized representative, shall be duly provided to the petitioner on the same day. 8.

The photocopy charges for obtaining the said documents, shall be borne by the petitioner, or its authorized representative. 9.

Upon the petitioner being supplied all the requisite documents on 03rd June, 2025, the petitioner shall be at liberty to approach the Appellate Authority to file an appeal in terms of Section 115 & 116 of New Delhi Municipal Corporation Act, 1994 ("NDMC Act"), within a period of three weeks, thereafter.

The protection that was granted to the petitioner vide order dated 30 April, 2025, shall extend for a further period of three weeks from 03rd June, 2025, in order to allow the petitioner to file a statutory appeal.
