W.P.(C) 6318/2024 & CM APPL. 26291/2024 Having heard learned counsels for parties, we find no justification to entertain this writ petition which is directed against an original order of assessment dated 24 December 2019 and the consequential demands. This more so since a statutory appeal before the Commissioner of Income Tax (Appeals) ["CIT(A)"] is already pending.
