The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, praying that directions be issued to respondent nos.1 to 5 to investigate the complaint made by the petitioner and act in accordance with law. 2.

The petitioner had filed the complaint on 27.09.2016 alleging that respondent nos.6 to 9 are not paying their income tax as per law and have amassed wealth by black money.

It is seen from the perusal of the complaint that apart from listing the properties stated to be owned by the

said persons, the petitioner had not provided any details or any specific material to establish that the said persons had acquired the said properties by black money or by not paying the taxes in accordance with law. 3.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that there is no machinery with the petitioner to investigate and to find out any details and the said task must be performed by the concerned authorities. 4.

This Court is of the view that the present petition is bereft of any material and, therefore, no directions are required to be given to the respondents to commence any investigations on the said report. Having stated above, it is expected that the concerned authorities shall give the complaint, the consideration it deserves.

The petition is dismissed.
