O R D E R

% 11.04.2018 The application of the petitioner, plaintiff of the civil suit (CS No. 416/2016) under Order XI of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 was dismissed by the order dated 19.10.2016 which is under challenge by the petition at hand. At the outset, the counsel for the respondent supplied to the counsel for the petitioner photocopy of the death certificate of Rashpal Kaur, which was one of the points for discovery. The counsel for the respondents undertakes to place this document on oath before the trial court on or before the next date of hearing fixed before it.

The counsel for the petitioner at this stage submits that he does not press for any relief in the petition as the petitioner would like to pursue other courses which are open to ascertain the facts concerning specimen signatures of late Rashpal Kaur.

The petition is disposed of in above terms.
