However, the applicant is directed to file duly signed and affirmed affidavits within a period of one week and the requisite Court fee within a period of 72 hours from the date of resumption of regular functioning of the Court. The application is disposed of.

some additional documents are required to be filed in the writ petition. Permission as prayed for is granted. The petition is disposed of as withdrawn along with pending application, reserving liberty with the petitioner to file a fresh writ petition with proper averments, allegations and annexures.

Learned Counsel for the respondent submitted at length that against the impugned order in original dated 22nd July, 2020, an efficacious alternate remedy by way of Appeal under Regulation 15 of the Foreign Trade (Development and Regulation) Act, 1992 is available. This issue is kept open, to be argued by the respondents.
