The present application seeking anticipatory bail is another glaring example of losing temper on a very trivial issue resulting in causing injuries to the injured on his left parietal region of the skull and getting 15 stitches. 2.
As per the prosecution case, on 14th November, 2015, at about 5:30 a.m., Jugender Singh along with his employer Chandan Singh were standing near the dairy and their vehicle was parked on the other side of the road. The applicantInderjeet Singh along with two more boys came in car and asked them to remove the vehicle while abusing them. Chandan Singh objected to it. Upon this, the boy who was driving the car, namely, Sarabjeet Singh, after parking the car, came back and tried to slap Chandan Singh. However, Chandan Singh managed to save himself and slapped the said boy-Sarabjeet Singh. On this, the said boy called his friends Sant Singh and the present applicant-Inderjeet Singh who were sitting in the car. They came out of the car having hockey in their hand. They caught hold of Chandan Singh and Sarabjeet Singh started hitting Chandan Singh with the hockey as a result of which blood started oozing out of his head and he fell down. Hearing the cries, persons who were strolling nearby park came for their rescue. Seeing this, Inderjeet Singh and Sant Singh managed to escape in
car while Sarabjeet Singh was apprehended. Police was called. Injured was taken to the hospital along with Sarabjeet Singh who also sustained some minor injuries.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has joined investigation pursuant to the protection granted by this Court. Co-accused Sarabjeet Singh also sustained injuries for which complaints were made to the police, however, no action was taken on his complaints. Sarabjeet Singh has already been granted bail. As such, he is also entitled to the protection. 4.
Counsel for the complainant as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State opposes the application on the ground that the injuries sustained by injured Chandan Singh is of the depth of 7 cm x 1cm over the left parietal region of the skull. Moreover, 15 stitches had to be given for the injuries sustained by him.

Keeping in view the fact that now-a-days, people are losing temper on very trivial issues and the present complaint is another example of the same where on the issue of parking of the vehicle in the early hours of morning the complainant was given beatings with hockey on vital part of the body. As such, I do not deem it appropriate to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. He cannot claim parity with the co-accused Sarabjeet Singh who was released on regular bail.

Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed. 7.
Interim protection granted to the petitioner/applicant vide order dated 5th February, 2016 stands vacated.
