Notice of this application to opposite is dispensed with as none appears on behalf of petitioner despite service of advance notice. Vide order of 14th November, 2017, respondent No.1 was granted 12 weeks' time to decide the pending appeal. Further extension of 4 weeks is sought.

For the reasons stated in the application, it is allowed and the first respondent is granted further time of four weeks to comply with the directions issued vide order of 14th November, 2017. Dasti.
