The present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. seeks following prayers:- "It is, therefore, most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may very graciously be pleased to (i) Issue a writ in the nature of mandamus or any other writ/writs, order/orders, direction / directions whereby quashing of above said F.I.R. No. 34/2019 U/S 380 IPC of P.S. Hauz Khas, New Delhi, registered against the petitioner on the complaint of respondent No. 2. (ii) pass such other or further order/orders which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case;" 2.

It is pointed out that chargesheet in the present case has been filed and the same is pending adjudication before the concerned Court of competent jurisdiction. It is further submitted that the same is listed for arguments on consideration for point of charge.
