The present petition has been filed by the petitioner raising a limited grievance viz. that the complaint of the petitioner dated 13.02.2025, bearing Registration No. IBBI/C/2025/1389 read with communication dated 25.02.2025 has not been decided by the IBBI/respondent. It is prayed that the said complaint be directed to be decided in a time bound manner by a speaking order.
