This writ petition is filed by the petitioner seeking an appropriate direction to WRC to process the application of the petitioner institution in its next meeting.

The case of the petitioner is that it submitted its online application on 30.06.2016 for recognition to run B.A. B.Ed / B.Sc B.ed - four year integrated course. Various proceedings have taken place since then. On 28th -30th August, 2019, NRC issued a show cause notice to the petitioner pointing out certain deficiencies. The petitioner on 13.11.2019 has submitted his reply to the show cause notice. The matter has now stands transferred to WRC.

It is the grievance of the petitioner that despite several meetings of WRC, the case of the petitioner has not been processed. 4.

Issue notice. Learned counsel for the respondents accepts notice. 5.

Keeping in view the pendency of the matter, it would be in the interest

of justice that WRC may expeditiously deal with the application of the petitioner preferably in the immediate next meeting of the WRC. 6.

Nothing further survives in the present petition and the petition is accordingly disposed of.
