% 28.05.2019 On instruction, learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent nos.1 & 2 submits that respondent no.3 has already been dismissed from service pursuant to Trial Court order dated 19.12.2018, whereby the said respondent has been convicted in FIR No.211/2011 registered at PS Nihal Vihar and sentenced to undergo Rigorous Life Imprisonment U/s 302 IPC with fine of ₹1 lac, out of which a sum of ₹50,000/- shall be payable to the victim's wife, namely Ms. Archana U/s 357 (1) (b) Cr.P.C. In view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the respondent nos. 1 & 2, no order is required to be passed. Therefore, the petition is disposed of.
Pending application also stands disposed of.
