Heard the respective learned counsels for some time. Submission is made by learned counsel for petitioners that the petitioners' vending certificate incorporates a condition, to which he objects, in that though he is entitled for stationary vending facility, he is made to be mobile, as could be inferred from condition no.11, in regard to which representation is pending for consideration by the respondents.

The counsel for the respondents submits that as per the existing policy, the representation referred by the petitioners shall be decided within reasonable period and the decision thereof shall be communicated within a period of eight weeks from today.
