The present application has been filed under Section 439 read with Section 482 Cr.P.C on behalf of the petitioner for grant of interim bail in FIR 66/2020 for the offences punishable under Section 147/148/149/302/307 IPC and Section 27 of Arms Act, registered at Police Station Bhajanpura, Delhi.

In the order passed by the Trial Court on 07.09.2020, whereby the interim bail application of the petitioner herein was dismissed, it is specifically mentioned that the Jail Superintendent had informed the Court that proper facility will be provided to the petitioner to appear for compartment exam.

In view of above, I find no ground to allow the present petition and BAIL APPLN. 2726/2020

the same is, accordingly, dismissed.
