% 16.05.2025 After some hearing, Mr. Manoj Kumar Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to approach the Central Administrative Tribunal ["Tribunal"], as the petitioner's grievance pertains to a recruitment exercise being undertaken by the Staff Selection Commission, over which the Tribunal exercises jurisdiction.

The writ petition, alongwith pending application, is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.
