Appeal under Section 100 read with Section 151 of CPC has been filed on behalf of the Appellants against Judgment dated 09.03.2026, whereby learned District Judge dismissed the First Appeal of the Appellants against Order dated 13.12.2023 passed by learned Civil Judge, whereby Suit of the Plaintiffs / Appellants was returned under Order VII Rule 10A of CPC, on the ground of Appeal being barred by limitation. 2.

Perusal of the Record shows that present Appeal challenges the Order passed under Order VII Rule 10A of CPC, against which, this Appeal is not maintainable, as it is a revisable Order.

In view of aforesaid, present Appeal along with pending Applications is disposed of, with liberty to the Appellants to seek remedy before appropriate forum.
