% 17.09.2020 The hearing was conducted through video conferencing.

1. The petitioner seeks electricity connection at her residence, i.e., at property no. 1149, Ground Floor, Dargah Firdausia, opposite Oberoi Hotel, also numbered as 11, Lal Bahadur Shastri Marg, New Delhi - 03, which is stated to be on Waqf land.

2. The respondent states that it would process the application for the connection if there is an NOC from the land-owning agency, the Delhi Waqf Board. The earlier electricity connection was disconnected in a corrective exercise.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to obtain instructions and supply the requisite documents.

4. The writ petition is disposed-off in terms of the above.
