Learned counsel for the parties state that the matter has been settled. 2.

The respondent, who is present in person, has handed over a selfattested copy of his gate-pass states that he has received an amount of Rs.25,000/- vide DD No.001162 dated 03.05.2025 drawn on Bank of India. Learned counsel for the petitioner assures the Court that the said DD shall be encashed on presentation.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that in view of the settlement arrived at between the parties, the amount of Rs.2,82,625/- deposited by the petitioner in terms of order dated 15.07.2024, be released back to the petitioner.

The respondent, who is present in person, states that he has no objection to the aforesaid.

In view of the aforesaid, the present petition is disposed of as the matter stands settled.
