Learned counsel submits that since the matters have been settled, he has received the instructions to withdraw the present petitions. In view of the submissions made, the present petitions stands dismissed as withdrawn.

In case any amount has been deposited by the petitioner in the present proceeding by virtue of this court, the same be refunded with the interest accrued on.
