Ld. counsel for plaintiff submits that suit property is situated at Naveen Shahdara, which falls under the jurisdiction of District Shahdara, Delhi hence seeks transfer of present case to District Shahdara, Delhi. In view of the orders passed by Hon'ble Chief Justice, Delhi High Court vide notification no. 27187/DHC/Orgl. dated 24.11.2015, the present case stands transferred to District Court (Shahdara), Karkardooma, Delhi. Parties are directed to appear before the Court of Ld. District Judge (Shahdara), Karkardooma, Delhi on 15.07.2016. Registry is directed to send the complete case record to the concerned District Judge by next date of hearing.
