Vide order dated 25.03.2026, this Court had directed the respondents to produce the relevant material forming the basis of the impugned action. 2.

Ms. Anjana Gosain, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents, has produced the security inputs in a sealed cover. Upon perusal thereof, the Court has noticed that the petitioner's involvement with an entity based abroad had been reflected therein. Certain other aspects have also been indicated in the security inputs; however, the same are not being reproduced in the present order.

The sealed cover has thereafter been returned to Ms. Gosain. 4.

In view of the aforesaid material, this Court is fully satisfied that the impugned action taken by the respondents is justified.
