This petition has been filed by the petitioner, challenging the Order dated 25.04.2025 passed by the learned Central Administrative Tribunal, Principal Bench, New Delhi (hereinafter referred to as, 'Tribunal') in O.A. No.1469/2025, titled Jay Bajarang Singh v. Health and Family Welfare, by which the learned Tribunal has issued notice on the above O.A. to the respondent, however, has not granted any interim order in favour of the petitioner. The petition has been directed to be listed before the learned Tribunal on 28.05.2025. 3.

interviews for the post of Scientist Grade-I are to be conducted today, that is, 30.04.2025 and, therefore, the learned Tribunal should have granted an interim protection in favour of the petitioner. 4.
We do not find any reason to grant an interim order in exercise of our powers under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, but only to clarify that if the petitioner succeeds in his petition, the necessary relief shall be granted to the petitioner by the learned Tribunal in accordance with the law notwithstanding that the respondents have conducted the interviews or even appointed some other person to the post in question.

The petition and the pending applications are, accordingly, disposed of.
