Dr. Hooda, appearing for the petitioner fairly concedes that he should have made a prayer in respect of communication dated March 29, 2023 by which the representation dated February 15, 2023 for grant of SAG was rejected by the respondents. 2.

He seeks to withdraw the writ petition to enable him to incorporate a prayer in that regard.
