Disputes between the parties have been settled in mediation. The settlement agreement dated 21.08.2024 has been placed on record which is signed by the petitioner, the authorised representative of the respondent, their counsel and the learned mediator. 2.

Payment in terms of the settlement agreement has also been made by the petitioner.

The respondent has issued a No Objection Certificate ["NOC"] dated 03.09.2024 to the petitioner. Although the NOC mentions that civil liabilities have been discharged, and that the NOC is issued without prejudice to the "pending FIR/complaint before the police station and/or criminal proceedings in any Court", Mr. Rishab Raj Jain, learned counsel for the respondent, states that no FIR was registered and no criminal W.P.(C) 6381/2024 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. proceedings are pending in any Court. A complaint had been made to the police, in respect of which also the respondent has addressed a letter dated 06.09.2024 to the police authorities, seeking to withdraw the complaint.

In view of the above statement, Mr. Rameezuddin Raja, learned counsel for the petitioner, states that no grievances remain to be adjudicated in this writ petition, and stand satisfied. 5.

The writ petition, alongwith pending application, therefore stands disposed of.
