Writ Petition under Article 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India has been filed with a Prayer that directions be issued to Respondent Nos. 1 to 5 for providing protection to the Petitioners to their life, liberty and property so that they can live peacefully as they apprehend danger to their life and liberty from Respondent Nos. 4 to 6. 2.
The facts in this case are that Petitioner No.2/Sh. Tara Chand got married to Respondent No.6/Kanta Devi on 20.02.2023, according to Hindu rites and customs. One son was born from their wedlock on 03.07.2024. 3.
On 03.03.2025, Respondent No.6 along with the son left the matrimonial home by saying that she would come back after some time as she had some important work. But she failed to return to the matrimonial home. At the time of leaving, she took all her jewelry and went to her parental home.

It is further submitted that Petitioner No.2 made a Complaint dated 04.03.2025 reporting that the Respondent No.6 along with the son and jewelry has left matrimonial home which was received by the SHO vide DD Entry No. 131-A P.S. Hari Nagar.

It is further submitted that on 09.03.2025 at about 1.15 PM, Respondent No.6 came along with Respondent Nos.4 and 5 and 15 to 20 unknown persons who looked like bouncers, at the house of the Petitioner with common intention to attack upon the Petitioners. Without saying anything, Respondent Nos. 4 to 6 started using filthy and abusive language, made dirty comments. On the same day, Asha, the daughter of Petitioner No.1/Kamla Devi came to her matrimonial home.
Respondent No.4/Ravinder used abusive language against her and also gave her beating. He behaved indecently and pushed her by her chest and touched her inappropriately on her hips. The Respondent Nos. 4 to 6 have extended threats to kill the Petitioners if they would not run their lives according to the dictat of Respondent No.6.

It is asserted that the Petitioners are living under pressure threat to life and liberty from Respondent No. 4 to 6 who may cause injury or kill the Petitioners by hiding goons in any time in future and they may commit some incident with the Petitioners.

On 15.03.2025, Petitioner No.2 has also lodged the complaint against the respondents with SHO PS Hari Nagar vide PCR Call 59A. On 17.03.2025, Petitioner No.2 has lodged a Complaint against the Respondents for their misconduct which has been sent to speed post. 8.
Hence, the present Petition has been filed to seek protection for their life and liberty.

From the bare perusal of the contents of the Petition, it is evident that it is a matrimonial dispute wherein Complaints have been made by both the parties.

Learned counsel on behalf of the Respondent on instructions from the IO submits that Respondent No.6 is presently residing in the matrimonial home and the number of the beat constable has already been shared with the petitioners. No further directions are warranted. 12.
