The matter is listed on the basis of the office note. 2.

By an order dated 10.12.2015, this Court had directed that the amount lying deposited in a FD with the Registry be released to the plaintiff along with accrued interest thereof. Apparently, there are two FDRs which are lying with the Registry. One deposited pursuant to the order passed by this Court on 01.04.2011 and the second FDR pertains to cost imposed by the Division Bench in this Court.

Mr Rohit Pal, Director General (Marketing) of defendant no.1 is present in Court and he concurs with the prayer made by the learned counsel for the plaintiff that both these FDRs are to be released to the plaintiff. Accordingly, the Registry is directed to release the said FDRs including interest to the plaintiff in terms of order dated 10.12.2015. VIBHU BAKHRU, J SEPTEMBER 23, 2016 RK
