The Ld. APP at the outset submits that fourth witness namely Govind Singh @ Arvind did appear before the Trial Court on 18.07.2025 but could not be examined that day because the main counsel was not available due to bereavement in his family.

Mr. Sharma, Ld. Counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the bail application with liberty to file the bail application before the Trial Court after the examination of the fourth witness i.e Govind Singh @ Arvind.
