A Writ Petition under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India read with Section 528 of Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed on behalf of the Petitioners seeking quashing of FIr No.740/2022 under Section 420/467/468/471/34 IPC registered at Police Station Palam Village, Delhi.

The dispute between the parties was in regard to the exchange of immovable property for which a Complaint was filed by Respondents against the Petitioners for which an FIR was registered at Police Station Palam Village.

It is submitted that both the petitioners and respondent No. 2 have already sorted out their all differences before the Delhi High Court Mediation & Conciliation Centre vide mediated Settlement dated 29.05.2024 and now they have left no grudge or grievance against each other in any manner whatsoever. It is submitted that the Settlement between the parties has been arrived at voluntarily, without any pressure, force or coercion, therefore, the Petition be quashed. 6.

The complainant is present in the Court and submits that the matter stands settled with all the Petitioners. The Respondents have no objection if the FIR is quashed against the petitioners on account of the settlement already arrived at between the parties.

The parties are present before this Court in-person today except for Respondent No.2 Shri Mool Chand Saini, who has joined through Video Conferencing, and have been identified by their counsel and Investigating Officer concerned.

In view of the submissions made, the Petition is allowed. Accordingly, the FIR bearing No. 740/2022 registered at Police Station Palam Village, for offences punishable under Sections 420/467/468/471/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 with all the subsequent proceedings and the charge sheet is hereby quashed qua all the Petitioners. 9.

The Petition stands disposed of.
