The present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. seeks the following prayers:- "A. Allow the present petition;

B. Issue appropriate writ to quash FIR No. 434 / 2023 PS Hauz Khas, Distt. South, Delhi registered under Sections 498A / 406 / 34 IPC; and/or C. Pass such other orders that this Hon'ble Court deems fit." 4.

After some arguments, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners, without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the latter, seeks leave to withdraw the present petition.
