Learned counsel for the respondent has handed over a cheque bearing No. 779964, dated 18th December, 2019 drawn on Syndicate Bank for a sum of Rs.1,90,000/- to the learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned counsel for the parties states, this amount is in full and final settlement of their inter-se disputes. I take on record the submission made by the learned counsel for the respondent that on presentation, the cheque shall be honoured.
