The Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner, Mr. Sanchit Bansal for quashing of FIR No. 194/2018 dated 08.05.2018 under Sections 498A/406 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, registered at Police Station Shakarpur, Delhi. 2.
It is submitted that after due investigations, Charge-Sheet has been filed on 25.06.2024 before the learned Trial Court and the matter is fixed for arguments on Charge on 24.02.2025.
