The present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 29A (5) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking extension of mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal for a period of three months w.e.f 04.07.2026 till 04.10.2026.

Issue notice.

Ms. Radhika Biswajit Dubey, learned CGSC appearing on behalf of respondent accepts notice. She states that, respondent has no objection to the petition being allowed.

I am satisfied that sufficient cause has been shown for extending the mandate of the learned Tribunal.
