A Petition under Section 528 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner seeking quashing of FIR No.697/2023 dated 16.09.2023 under Section 376/506/323 IPC registered at Police Station Patel Nagar, Delhi. 2.

The parties are present in person. However, from the allegations and the Complaint it is evident that it is a primafacie case of rape which got reported on the same day.

Considering the nature of allegations, it is not a fit case for quashing. 4.

The Petition is dismissed and accordingly disposed of along with the pending Applications.
