The present petition under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. seeks the following prayers:- "(a) Quash the FIR No. 62 of 2022 on merits registered under section 420/120B/201 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 registered at police station Cyber, Southwest District and all consequential proceedings emanating therefrom; and (b) Pass such further order(s) and/or direction(s) as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case and in the Interest of Justice."

Learned APP for the State, on instructions of the Investigating Officer, submits that chargehseet in the present FIR has been filed before the Court of competent jurisdiction.
