% 11.10.2019 It is submitted by learned counsel for the appellant the matter is settled between the parties per agreement dated 03.07.2019 before the Delhi Mediation Centre, Tis Hazari Court, Delhi. The copy of the mediation agreement is filed and is placed on record. The other litigations between the parties are also settled vide this agreement. In view of the mediation agreement, the appellant is now not inclined to pursue this appeal and intends to withdraw the same. The appeal is disposed of in terms of the mediation agreement. The court fee be refunded as per law since the matter has been settled in mediation. No order as to costs.
