The present petition is disposed of directing the respondent no.1 to consider the contents of the present petition as a representation of the petitioners and decide the same in accordance with law, communicating its decision thereon to the petitioners within a period of four weeks from today. It is made clear that this court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the averments made in the petition.
