The present petition has been filed by the Petitioner- M/s Mayur Bagh Cooperative Group Housing Society Ltd. (hereinafter, 'Society') under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, inter alia, seeking issuance of an appropriate writ directing the Respondents to expeditiously hear and dispose of the recovery proceedings against Respondent No. 3 to 8 before the Assistant Registrar, Section IV.

The case of the Society is that the recovery proceedings are not being heard in an expeditious manner. Ld. Counsel for the Petitioner Society submits that many representations have been made by the Society requesting the same.

proceedings shall conclude the same within a period of eight weeks. 5.

Accordingly, let the final order be passed by the concerned official of the RCS in the recovery proceedings by 31st July, 2026. 6.
