Further to the order dated 26.04.2024, learned counsel for the parties state that the disputes between them have been settled. However, the settlement agreement is yet to be executed. Although 50% of the settlement amount has already been paid by the respondent to the petitioner, the remaining payment is to be made in three instalments, ending on 28.09.2024.

Learned counsel for the respondent assures the Court that the terms of the settlement will be complied with.

Having regard to the aforesaid, the petition, alongwith pending applications, is disposed of, with liberty to the petitioner to apply for revival of the petition in the event there is any difficulty in implementation of the settlement.
