The appellant/Insurance Company, by virtue of the present appeal, seeks reduction of the amount of compensation awarded vide judgment dated 09.12.2015 by the learned Tribunal. The record reveals that the Insurance Company has deposited the entire awarded amount in terms of order dated 01.02.2016 passed by the High Court of Delhi before the learned Tribunal.

We have interacted with the learned Counsel/parties concerned. Apropos such interaction and due deliberation, it is agreed between the parties that out of the awarded amount along with the accrued interest, a lump sum amount of Rs. 25,000 shall be refunded to the appellant insurance company and the balance amount along with total accrued interest shall be paid to the respondents/claimants in terms of the award passed by the Learned Tribunal.

Accordingly, the concerned Tribunal is directed to release the balance deposited amount along with the total accrued interest in favour of the claimants/respondent as per proportions of the award subject to the fulfilment of the requisite formalities. 4.
Concerned tribunal shall refund a total sum of Rs.25,000/- to the appellant/Insurance Company.

The statutory amount deposited as a pre-condition for filing appeal with interest, if any, be refunded to the Insurance Company. 6.
The present appeal alongwith the pending application(s), if any, is disposed of with directions in terms of the foregoing settlement. 7.
A copy of this order be sent to concerned Ld. Tribunal with LCR, if requisitioned and received.
