O R D E R

% 15.05.2017 The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with the F.I.R. No.350/2014 instituted for the offence under Sections 354/354-A/506/509 and 34 IPC at P.S. Anand Parbat. The petitioner is the brother-in-law( younger brother of the late husband of the complainant). He is alleged to have misbehaved with the complainant.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is a property dispute between him, his brothers and the complainant who is the wife of the predeceased brother.

The allegations levelled in the First Information Report clearly indicates the personal nature of disputes in the family. Taking into account the aforesaid facts and that the petitioner has been participating in the investigation, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

In the event of arrest or surrender, the petitioner shall be released on

bail on his furnishing a bond in the sum of Rs.10,000/- with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer. However, the petitioner shall keep on participating in the investigation.

In case the petitioner is found to be avoiding the investigation, it will be open to the State to apply for cancellation of the anticipatory bail.

The Bail Application stands disposed of.
