Ms Nidhi Mohan Parashar, learned counsel, who appears on behalf of the petitioners, says that there are eleven (11) petitioners who have approached the Court.

1.1 Ms Parashar further says that although she had contacted all petitioners, she has received confirmation only from some affirming that there has been compliance of the order dated 04.03.2024. 2.

In any event, Ms Parashar says that the court can consign the case papers to the record since official stand is that compliance is made vis-à-vis all.

We may note that the official respondents have taken the stand that there has been compliance qua all petitioners.
