% 23.03.2016 Present writ petition has been filed challenging CIC order dated 17th November, 2015, whereby the appeal of the petitioner was dismissed on the ground that due information has been provided to the petitioner.

Petitioner who appears in person is not able to show that any information has been withheld from him. He, however, states that incorrect information has been provided to him. If that is the case, the petitioner is at liberty to file an independent proceeding in accordance with law.

Consequently, the present writ petition and the applications are dismissed.
