O R D E R

% 20.01.2020 An affidavit has come to be filed on behalf of the respondents. Para 2 of the affidavit reads as under:

"2. I say that Respondent No. 3 has made changes in the trade mark PADRON + to proposed name PADRON-IC or PADROSOL.

This Hon'ble Court vide its order dated 13.12.2019 directed the Respondent No. 3 to file affidavit giving the particulars of the change before this Hon'ble Court."

Ld. counsel for the petitioner adverting to the foregoing submits on oath that she has instructions to state that the petitioner is agreeable to the proposed name 'PADROSOL'. Ld. counsel for the respondents on his part submits that he has instructions to state that the respondents shall bring about the change in their trademark to 'PADROSOL' with immediate effect.
