Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the parties have arrived at an amicable settlement before the Counselling Cell, Family Court, Central District, Tis Hazari, Delhi on 12.09.2024. 2.

A copy of the said settlement agreement which has been duly signed by both the parties as also their learned counsel is handed over in court and is taken on record.

The appellant therefore, submits that he does not wish to press the present appeal any further in terms of the settlement. 4.

Learned counsel for the respondent confirms this position that a settlement has been arrived between the parties and has no objection to the appellant's request for withdrawal of the appeal. The appeal is accordingly disposed of as not pressed in terms of the settlement agreement arrived between the party, by making it clear that the parties will remain bound by the terms of the settlement agreement dated 12.09.2024.
